What is a Wellness Coach?

A Wellness Coach is a Life Coach who specialized in issues affecting health and wellness. Wellness coaching is a collaborative, supportive, client-centered partnership between the client and coach that fosters health promoting behaviours. It is a dynamic process that combines action, with accountability, to create practical solutions for individuals seeking lifestyle improvement for higher levels of health and wellness.

Wellness coaching can provide guidance for many areas of life including: goal setting and motivation, weight loss, diet and lifestyle, stress management, transitions in life, making better choices, self-love and much, much more.

Coaching is not therapy. Coaching is future-oriented and focuses on solutions; it is not focused on the past or on problems. It is about the client and wellness coach working together to create action-oriented strategies for lifestyle change and goal attainment.

- One hour weekly, personal, one-on-one coaching over the phone, in person or via Skype.
- Packages of sessions are available:
  * monthly (4, 1 hour sessions) SAVE 10%,
  * 6 months (24, 1 hour sessions SAVE 15%,
